By checking the box below, I hereby grant the photographer (Michael Peri/Focal Point Photography) the perpetual right to use selected images from my session for portfolio display, website content, social media, and marketing purposes. All images and copyrights remain the exclusive property of the Photographer.

I understand that images may be artistically edited and curated at the Photographer’s discretion and will not be used in a defamatory or misleading manner. Participation in the session constitutes full consideration, and no additional compensation is owed.
